Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to purchase the Services. Minors may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Winn Horses provides horsemanship training and instruction, courses, clinics, saddle and equipment fittings, master classes, in-person and online events and challenges, community and membership access, tools, resources, grass-fed beef and other physical products, and horses offered for sale. Descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

Prices are stated at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, including Stripe, through ClickFunnels. By placing an order, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, and you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Membership and subscription plans renew automatically at the interval you select, monthly or annual, until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your then-current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges and does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as stated in our Refund and Return Policy. We may change membership pricing on a going-forward basis with prior notice.

Certain events, including free challenges, require registration. General admission to free challenges is provided live only and does not include replays or recordings unless you purchase an upgraded option. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward hosts, staff, and other participants, and we may remove any participant who is disruptive. Sessions may be recorded.

Physical products, including grass-fed beef, tools, and equipment, are subject to availability. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Perishable products are subject to the handling and return limitations described in our Refund and Return Policy.

Horses offered for sale are sold "as is," and any sale is governed by a separate written bill of sale. You are responsible for conducting your own inspection and any pre-purchase veterinary examination before purchase. Except as expressly stated in a signed writing, we make no representations or warranties regarding any horse, including as to soundness, temperament, suitability for a particular purpose, or performance.

All content and materials on the Site and within the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, courses, and downloadable materials, are owned by or licensed to Winn Horses LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. "Winn Horses" and related names and logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

If you submit content, including challenge videos, reviews, testimonials, photographs, or comments, you retain ownership of your content and grant Winn Horses a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or control the rights to the content you submit. When you attend an in-person clinic, fitting, event, or master class, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken and used by Winn Horses for its educational and marketing purposes.

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, infringe the rights of others, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use any content in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
