Our Story
WINNSPIRATION NATION
You don't always stand in the winner's circle when you win.
Winn Training is a mindset and training program rooted in the values of hard work, respect, and tradition. Founded by a 3rd and 4th generation cowgirl and cowboy family, we’re passionate about helping both people and horses thrive in the equine and western industries. With decades of personal experience and legacy passed down through generations since 1912, our mission is to empower others, build confidence, and preserve the timeless spirit of the western lifestyle. Through personalized training and a supportive community, we carry on the legacy of the western way, one rider and horse at a time.
With clarity we help you with a strategy to deal with each life lesson separately.

Wendy and Casy Winn are the head of Winn Training. Both coaches and mentors they strive to make each clients experience memorable.
Dixon and Bandee Winn specialize in performance horse training and selling. From starting colts to training and selling rope horses they are your go to!
Shad & His Wife
Kyleigh
Shad and Kyleigh are the last two in the Winn Training line up. Shad specializes in rope horses and gives bull riding drills and lessons Kyleigh specializes in marketing and photography as well as breakaway and barrel horse training.
